By Definition, perfumes consist of 30-50 percent precious oils.  Most of our perfumes contain 50 percent precious oils. 

Natural Perfume

Our Perfumes are crafted the way perfumes have been made since ancient times with modern techniques. They contain Natural Essences from Natural Essential Oils and Absolutes derived from plants.  We do not use synthetic fragrances. Natural Essences often retain natural color from the source and perfumes will vary in color depending on the essential oil used. Natural Perfumes have a natural scent and are not over bearing.

Wearing Your Perfume

The perfume you select is more than likely not going to smell like it does in the bottle and it will be much stronger when first applied. Dab perfumes at the pulse points, on the underside of your wrist, on the inside of the elbow behind your ears. Within 20 minutes of applying, the scent develops and softens.  Refrain from rubbing as friction will affect the endurance of your perfume.  Let it dry naturally.

Our perfumes do not have the chemicals which make scents last longer and smell stronger.  You may want to reapply your perfume a time or two throughout the day, especially on hot humid days when scents do not last as long.   We use a jojoba oil base which helps scents last longer. 

Caring For Your Perfume

Always keep your natural perfume in a cool dark place. If natural perfumes are exposed to heat and sunlight the precious essential oils will weaken.

Cautions

Always do a patch test.  Our Natural Perfumes are made from natural plant extracts (Essential oil and precious absolutes).  If you are allergic to the plant you are more than likely allergic to the essential oil.  Wear only a small amount in one area for the first day or two. 

Warning: As with any perfume, keep them away and out of reach of children.  And, as with any perfume, if you are pregnant, nursing or have a serious medical condition, consult your physician or health care professional before using.
