Please use a shipping forwarding service. You may want to search for one that fits your needs and is best for your destination.
Be sure to check your tracking often and follow instructions if any other action is needed such as retrieving your package from your porch or if your package is being held at the post office or another location for you to pick up, etc. You are responsible for retrieving your package once it is delivered.

How soon will my order be shipped?
Your order will usually be shipped from our location within 2 business days unless you have a bulk order or other special order. You will be notified if there is any further delay which does not happen often.
Depending on the shipping method you selected, it usually takes 2 to 9 business days for delivery in the US but can take up to 15 days due to circumstances such as weather, holidays, rural areas etc. We almost NEVER lose a package so your patience with the local mail delivery in your area is much appreciated. Shipments outside of the US can take up to 40 days for delivery. *
* Ready in 30 Days Bulk soaps are a special order item and will be made to order and will be shipped in about 3 to 4 weeks. Your total order will be shipped at the same time. If you are ordering other items and would like them right away, please place a separate order for those items.
If your order contains the wrong shipping address and it is returned to us, additional shipping fess will be required to re-ship.
We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). It is your responsibility to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by USPS without risk of theft or loss and you can retrieve your package immediately upon delivery. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after your package is delivered to the address you provided us. If you are concerned about the security of packages received at your mailing address, you should provide a different shipping address for your order.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning product. To request an RMA, use our contact page and let us know why you would like to return the product. Be sure to include your name and the order number.
We do not issue refunds on full size products when a trial/sample size is available for that product. All items must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition. Returning a used item is fraud. Be sure to pack returned items carefully as we can only issues a refund if we can resell the item. A shipping and handling charge of $8.99 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping and handling for orders shipped to the US. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with the original invoice. No refunds can be issued after 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Miessence does not accept returns on cosmetic so please choose carefully as they are not returnable. We do not issue refunds on sample sizes.
If you received free shipping at the time of purchase and you would not have qualified for free shipping without purchasing the returned product, the shipping charged will be deducted from your refund amount.
No exchanges or store credits.
Once you receive the RMA, include it with the returned item in the original packaging along with original packing materials and invoice. The RMA number must be PLAINLY visible on the outside of the package. Any package returned without a RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer.
